Used for: turning, threading, drilling, live-tool milling features, short-run/highly automated turning work.
HAAS DS-30Y
Medium-to-large vertical machining center (VMC) — table style VMC with generous travels and an ISO/NMTB spindle taper (ISO40/50 options), suited for general milling, slotting, drilling, and 3-axis to 3+2 work on medium-sized parts. Used for: prototype and production milling, fixtured multiple-op parts, and 3-axis to 3+2 indexed machining.
Doosan DNM 650
High-productivity 5-axis machining center / multitasking mill from Matsuura — designed for high-speed, complex 5-axis simultaneous milling with long tool magazines/pallets and high spindle speeds/torque for diverse materials. Used for freeform/contoured 5-axis parts, aerospace, mold/die, medical components and high-mix production.

MORI SEIKI DURACENTER
Mori Seiki Duracenter machines are rigid CNC machining centers (often offered in 3, 4 or 5-axis variants depending on configuration) with good travel and spindle options — intended for accurate milling, heavy cutting and production. We use our Duracenter for: precision milling, multi-axis profiling, and production runs; often equipped with ATC (automatic tool changer) and high-speed spindles.
Matsuura FA1002 RA-3F
Palletized vertical machining center with automatic pallet changer (RA-3F family) — suited for high-mix production, short cycle times, and unattended machining. Used for: 3-axis/3+2 milling, production parts requiring fast pallet turnover, and medium-sized components.
Our Horizontal Machining Center, designed for production milling with rotary pallet/tables and a horizontal spindle, excellent for high-volume prismatic parts and heavy, multi-sided cutting. Used for: high-volume milling, deep-cavity parts, multi-face machining with good chip evacuation.

A general-purpose vertical machining center (MC-600VF family) — a versatile VMC for 3-axis milling with good spindle options and ATC; useful for both prototyping and light production of medium parts. Used for: milling, drilling, tapping, and general machining tasks.
