HAAS DS-30Y
The Haas DS-30Y is a versatile dual-spindle CNC turning center with integrated Y-axis, C-axis, and live tooling, engineered for comprehensive “done-in-one” machining. Its synchronized dual spindles and robust BMT65 turret enable simultaneous turning, milling, drilling, and tapping — reducing setups and cycle times for complex parts. With advanced multi-axis capability, excellent surface finish, and efficient material handling, the DS-30Y delivers high-precision components with faster turnarounds for both prototype work and high-volume production.

The Doosan DNM 650 delivers versatile, high-performance machining for a broad range of components and materials. Built with a rigid structure and large work envelope, it offers substantial X, Y, and Z travels and a powerful high-speed spindle for efficient material removal and excellent surface finish. Featuring a 30-station tool changer, advanced CNC control, and robust coolant/chip management, the DNM 650 excels in precision milling, contouring, and complex part production — making it ideal for both prototype and high-volume work.

The Matsuura MAM72-3VS is a high-performance 5-axis machining center engineered for precision and flexibility across complex part production. With simultaneous 5-axis capability, a robust spindle (up to ~12,000 rpm), and a large multi-pallet system, it’s designed for efficient machining of intricate geometries with minimal setup changes. AMADA HFE 100-3
The Amada HFE 100-3 CNC hydraulic press brake delivers reliable, high-precision sheet metal forming with up to 100 tons of bending force and a generous working length (~3100 mm / 10 ft). Its robust hydraulic system and multi-axis CNC control provide smooth, programmable approach, bend, and return motion with excellent repeatability and angle accuracy. Amada FO MII RI 3015 CNC Tube and Sheet Laser
The Amada FO MII RI 3015 is a versatile CNC laser cutting system engineered for high-precision cutting of both flat sheet and tubular/profile materials in a single machine. Equipped with a rotary index unit, advanced CNC control, and powerful laser oscillator, this system efficiently handles complex geometries across round, square, rectangular, angle, and channel stock with excellent accuracy and surface finish.
